Stereo output with headphones

Hi all,

I am working with Cubase Studio 4 on Win XP SP2 along side with two Audiofire12 that plugged into my Mackie 24.8.
I was trying to plug in my headphones into one of the output jacks in one of the Audiofire12 devices and can only hear
mono (left).

I was wondering ... how can I hear a true stereo? I mean, plug my headphones into output 12 (example) and hear my
mix as true stereo.
