Need help setting up!

I own a Gina 24/96 running on an XP system. I have not turned it on in quite some time. I am mainly a Mac user so please forgive my lack of knowledge when it come to the PC. I am trying to resurrect my GigaStudio Orchestra v3 as well as use my East West Symphonic Orchestra standalone instruments. I am running MusicLab's MOL as my MIDI interface and that is sending and receiving. I am not getting sound. When I look at the Echo Console I see no signal levels. I was able to play a sample with the Audition Sample trigger in GigaStudio so I did hear some sound, but the keyboard was not triggering the samples, only that Audition button.

Also. using the East West Setup, the routing does not have Gina24 analog 1/2 or 3/4 available. Then when I try to play the instrument, it crashes with the simple message: "04EWPerc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I wish I knew how to troubleshoot. My sense is that I'm forgetting something very simple. Any easy fixes I can try? Thanks.

Just letting anybody know - all fixed. Reinstalled and problems solved.

Are you running 64 bit or 32?
